If you have a ticket for a date in our lockdown period, your ticket has automatically been converted to a voucher to use after we reopen. Normal voucher rules apply. If you would prefer a refund, please email us.

Vouchers
If you have a voucher, its validity period will automatically be extended by 1 month for every month we are in lockdown. We went into lockdown on 27 March but we don't yet know when we will reopen, so we don't yet know how long your validity period will be extended for. When we reopen, we will update this section with validity period extension details.
Annual passes
