Excursions - Australian Wildlife & Aboriginal Culture
Students visiting Walkabout Park take part in our "Walkabout Workshops", going walkabout with a ranger in the natural bush at Walkabout Park where they are introduced to animals in their natural habitat, takingpart in traditional activities like boomerang throwing, and learning about Aboriginal culture on Country.
Incursions - Animal Adaptations & Human Impacts
We do offer school incursions, where we bring the learning experience to you. These incursions revolve around meeting animals, seeing their adaptations to the environment, and learning about how humans impact the world around us, including the animals.
